The board meets on the 1st Tuesday of each month. Spring/Fall meetings are at the club house in Shoppingtown, In winter months, the meetings are at Denny's Restaurant, 103 Elwood Davis Road, Liverpool (also accessible from 7th North Street). There are no board meetings in July or August.
